1.Product
- Shingo Pears: is a golden thin layered skinned fruit which
weighs about 450g - 500g. The fruit itself contains a crunchy and juicy
feeling, and is very sweet by having a sugar brix of 11. The ripening
season is around near the end of September to the beginning of October
and the shingo pears tend to have a long preservation period. The preservation
period would be like around 60 days at a normal temperature and about
6 months in cold treatment temperature.
- Golden Pears: is a golden, round, thin layered skinned fruit
which weighs about 400g - 450g. The inner flesh of fruit is crunchy
but yet has a smooth sweet taste which comes from its sugar brix og
14.9, which is much higher than the shingo pear. The ripening season
for the golden pear is around mid - September. The preservation period
at normal temperature would be a lot lower than the shingo pears at
30 days and about 90 days at cold treatment temperature.
2.Packing
The pears are packed in 10kg corrugated cartons using tissue paper, nets
and cup trays. The 10kg corrugated cartons we double stack them on the
cup trays. The 5kg corrugated cartons we just single stack them.
